I booked a blood test as part of my annual healthcare routine. At the first appointment, the nurse struggled to draw enough blood but was very reassuring, explaining that dehydration is a common reason for this. She calmly arranged another appointment and suggested I drink plenty of water beforehand. I followed her advice and the second visit went perfectly smoothly. Great care and reassurance throughout; now hoping for equally positive results!
