Shocking service from Bella. I called to check if the medicines for my mum was ready for collection as I got a text, saying it’s ready. She spoke to me with a very patronising tone saying if you receive a message then it’s ready. I collect for both my mum and my wife so was just checking that it’s my mums medicine that is ready. I have had previous experience one medicine was available and have had to make 2 trips. I highly recommend that the management look into this matter and address it appropriately. I have been using this pharmacy for a long time and this type of behaviour is unacceptable.

So I’ve been coming here for years and usually have absolutely fantastic service, but the service was not good these last few days. Yesterday my partner went in to pick up medication and they left one of his out and when he went to pick up mine, they said it wasn’t ready but when he realised her medication was forgotten he called them about 10 minutes later and they said that my medication was ready and was ready to picked up even though he had just left. I went today to pick up the medications and the assistant manager was rude and after I got My partners sorted out He told me the medication that we were told on the phone yesterday were ready wasn’t actually ready or in the building at all and when I told him about the phone call he just said no and wasn’t really willing to help me too much after that. He then said I could pick it up later until I asked him there was some temporary or diffrent dose behind the counter that I could take and he said yes then when I receive the medication it was the exact same medication that I needed in the exact same dose meaning they had a supply in the store and he told me they had none and if I hadn’t asked he would have given me none of the medication I needed.

Just had a Hep A vaccine for my little one. OMG how good was Jane Patel! Friendly, clear, calming. My daughter had no issues whatsoever and we left feeling very happy about the service. Can't compliment Jane Patel enough!
